084: Eat Mud Made From Coconut Mousse with Miriam Kwietniewska

In 2013, a health nut – Miriam, and sweet tooth – Sam fell in love but were often at odds over what’s for dessert.

Sam loved sugary desserts like cookies, cakes and ice cream. Miriam would look at the ingredients and cringe – sugar, high fructose corn syrup, Polysorbate 80, carrageenan? TOXIC!

One night, Miriam whipped up a 4-ingredient ‘ice cream’ made of coconuts, cashews, and dates. Sam was hooked on a healthy dessert for the first time. Soon enough, friends, family, and even perfect strangers wanted MUD in their home.
