Dana Monsees is the creator of the blog Real Food With Dana Monsees. In 2013 Dana decided she wanted to pursue her passion for nutrition and health further, so she enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, she now works with clients to create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits their unique bodies, lifestyles, preferences, and goals. It’s her mission to make sure the same series of unfortunate events that she experienced does not happen to others by helping them realize how food is a powerful key to prevent illness or achieve great health.
